Questions about the Diagnostic
Is this just a sales call?+
No. The Diagnostic is a paid, structured clarity session. You walk away with a real roadmap regardless of whether you proceed with a full engagement.
How long does the session take?+
The session itself is approximately 90 minutes. The full Diagnostic report and Stratiix Path™ are delivered within 5 business days after the session.
When do I pay?+
Payment is confirmed after your booking is reviewed and a session time is agreed. You'll receive a secure payment link via email — no payment is taken at this stage.
Can the $1,500 be applied to a larger engagement?+
Yes. If you proceed with a full OS Build or 90-Day Path™ engagement, the Diagnostic fee is applied as a credit toward the total investment.
Is this available for government and regional clients?+
Yes. Level 2 engagements (government, ministries, ecosystem builders) also begin with the Diagnostic. Select "Level 2 — Regional" in the form above.
What happens after the Diagnostic?+
You receive your Stratiix Path™ — a prioritized roadmap. From there, you can choose to proceed with any of the six services on the Stratiix Service Ladder, or implement independently.
